We discovered that the online chat feature is not a live chat feature; it’s more of a contact form. Once you fill out your information, it sends an email to customer support, so the chat and email features are essentially the same.

The question we asked was about the registered agent services and whether or not they were included in any of the service packages. A representative got back to us and explained that registered agent services are not included in any package, but you can add them at checkout for $199 annually.
